The subscription is automatically added to your checkout each time you enter the store. In the top right-hand corner of the checkout screen there is a bag icon - selecting it brings up your cart, where you can remove any extra memberships before completing your purchase.
Please email our support team at support@getmnly.com and we will refund the extra subscriptions.
Yes. When you do, please use their contact information at checkout. Our system pulls user information from the Shopify checkout - name, mailing address, email, and contact number - so if you use your own information the profile will be created in your name.

No. We do not send marketing via SMS. SMS is used only to keep you informed about the status of your membership - tracking information, blood test kit results, and similar updates.
If you are logging in for the first time, your username and password are both the email address you used when purchasing your membership.
This is most likely because the wrong email address is being used as your username. Please email support@getmnly.com and we'll confirm the email address attached to your membership.
Open the 'Manage Your Subscription' tab in the top right-hand corner of your user portal and select 'Cancel My Subscription'. When you're ready to reactivate, simply follow the same process. This prevents further charges and pauses any future supplement orders.

We recommend implementing all three of the protocols provided in your user portal: the supplementation regime, the nutrition protocols, and the lifestyle protocols. Together, all three have been shown to improve your blood panel results as well as your overall well-being.
The questionnaire takes between 8–10 minutes. Your progress is saved as you go, so you can return to finish it later. Please note your lab kit will not be sent out until the questionnaire is complete.
Your personalised nutrition and lifestyle protocols are both located in your user portal under the Health Plan tab. They are prioritised based on the data from your blood samples and your environment and lifestyle questionnaire.
Your blood test kit will only be shipped once you have completed your online environment and lifestyle questionnaire. Shipping usually takes 3–5 business days through USPS, and your tracking number will be sent to you by email and text.

It usually takes 7–10 business days to receive your supplements. Once your blood samples are resulted, your supplements go into production on the first business day after the results are submitted.

Fast for 8–10 hours before taking your sample, and make sure you are well hydrated. These factors can affect your blood sample results, and we want a true baseline measurement so we can provide the most accurate, specific supplements and dosages.
Keep exercise low intensity and low volume in the lead-up to your test, as hard workouts can affect your results. Light movement - a short walk or a few push-ups just before collection - is helpful for getting blood flowing for the sample itself.
Yes - but if you use the QR code provided on the packaging of the bandaids and alcohol wipes, you'll be assisted on a live call during sample collection. If anything happens with your sample and you attended that call, a new replacement kit will be sent out straight away.
This depends on whether you attended the live blood sample assistance call. If you did, a new replacement kit will be sent out straight away, free of charge. If you didn't attend the call, you'll need to repurchase another kit.
Samples should be resulted within 7 days of the lab receiving them. Occasionally there are delays. If you've been waiting longer than expected, please email support@getmnly.com and we'll follow up with the lab and work to resolve the issue.
Your results are sent to your user portal as soon as the sample is successfully resulted by the lab.
Log into your user portal, head to the top right-hand corner, and click 'Order Retesting Kit'.
We recommend retesting every 4–6 months to allow your personalised protocols time to take effect. Your retest updates your supplement, nutrition, and lifestyle protocols based on new results and a new questionnaire. We also recommend retesting around any significant lifestyle change - such as the birth of a new child - since these events will alter both your questionnaire and your blood sample results.
Yes. We need the data from both the blood samples and the questionnaire to fully update your personalised protocols with any new changes.
Your supplements are provided in sachets labelled AM, NOON, and PM - three per day. Consistent adherence to this protocol is what delivers the benefits and results you're after.
Each box contains 10 days of supplements, totalling 30 days.
Notable changes typically take at least 6–8 weeks of following your personalised protocols. Implementing your lifestyle and nutrition protocols alongside your supplements will speed up both their effectiveness and the timeframe in which you start to notice results.
You should receive each monthly supply a few days before your current month's supply runs out.
You can pause your membership for the time you're already covered for, then reinstate it when you're closer to finishing your current supply. Keep in mind that supplement production and shipping can take up to 10 days.
Your prescribed supplements are visible in your user portal under the Precision Pack tab. You'll see each supplement and the effect it's intended to have.
All customer data is stored in a secure database that is private and not accessible from the internet. Only authorised processing functions and multi-factor-authenticated administrators can access stored data. During processing and storage, user health data is associated via a unique ID rather than directly through personally identifiable information.
Customer data is only shared as needed with integrated third-party suppliers, and only for order fulfilment and processing. It is not sold or used for marketing.
No. The entire data processing and analytics engine is deployed and runs as part of the MNLY application stack. No data leaves this environment, with the exception of data shared with partners for fulfilment as described above.
PrimeAI, our infrastructure partner, is working toward SOC 2 certification and performs annual audits per SOC 2 requirements. PrimeAI has also implemented a Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) system to monitor security configurations across all enterprise and customer environments.
